We look to consistently leverage this office and access to the talented technical individuals this location offers. 

We're currently looking to add a Test Architect to our team.

  • Establish, build, and maintain test architecture frameworks
  • Implement continuous integrations processes to fit within a DevOps environment
  • Complete discovery and evaluation process on client systems to make recommendations on improvements, processes, and tech stack
  • Implement recommendations from discovery
  • Leads and manages the complexity of multiple software delivery projects
  • Recognizes under-performing projects and resources and determines solutions to meet high client and internal expectations
  • Mentors less experienced team members explaining advanced technical information and providing specialized technical guidance
  • Own the overall technical roadmap of automation solutions in collaboration with development and QA teams.
  • Participate in resource allocation and building out new teams
  • Onboard new team members and kick off new projects
  • Manage assigned projects while building productive internal/external relationships
  • Collaborate with senior management in developing a solution strategy and statement of work during the sales process
  • Provide regular updates of all projects to executive management

Requirements can vary but may include:

  • A very senior and strong software developer in either C# or Java.
  • Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and architecture
  • Full and in-depth knowledge of SDLC
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and/or Continuous Deployment
  • Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development preferred
  • Experience and exposure to database, SQL, and business intelligence technologies
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as selenium, cucumber, CodedUI or others preferred, but can be trained.
  • Strong presentation and poise for internal and external communication along with a business savvy mentality
  • Eagerness to mentor and train more junior resources ranging from entry level software testers to senior software developers utilizing hands on methodologies.
  • A leader that has the ability to strategically balance a broad range of tasks and priorities
