HR Generalist/Office Administrator

Xpanxion opened our newest office in Fort Collins during the fall of 2014.This location quickly became one of our most desirable locations. We rapidly grew beyond the size of our initial office and we continue to add highly skilled and dedicated employees to the Fort Collins team.Over the past 2 years we've, on average, hired new a employee every three weeks. Our Fort Collins office houses many of our most senior and technical software teams. And is one of our faster growing location.

We're currently looking to add part-time HR Generalist/Office Administrator to our team here.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all office administration as it relates to supplies, files and other clerical functions.
  • Collaborates with HR team to communicate to employees and management on various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
  • Be familiar with all HR policies and make sure they are being aligned throughout the office.
  • Assists with benefits administration to include enrollments, changes and terminations.
  • May assist with recruitment and interview activities.
  • Schedules and conducts office interviews and new hire orientations.
  • Assists with leaves of absences:  FMLA, STD, LTD, ADA, paid/unpaid leave; etc.
  • Assists HR Manager in responding to employee relation issues

Additional responsibilities:

  • Update employee changes, new hire and terminations.
  • Maintain supply inventory for office
  • Coordinate office maintenance needs
  • Order and set up lunches for staff and guests
  • Coordinate all office employee morale events.
