Senior Corporate Sales

The Corporate Sales Specialist position at Xpanxion is a critical role in growing our new business accounts, and building long-standing relationships with our clients. This person acts as the initial point of contact for clients and has the ability to create a sales plan and execute on it independently. This role will have a lot of autonomy while being backed by industry experts and be mentored by the VP of Sales. 

Key Activities Include:

  • Business-to-business sales from lead generation through successful service delivery
  • Call upon and be willing to consistently travel to meet with businesses from Colorado to Texas 
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the C-Suite level of an organization
  • Articulate company value proposition to clients and prospects using a consultative sales approach
  • Own and present formal proposals and lead negotiations with clients. Coordinate complex decision-making/lead negotiations processes, and overcome objections to increase revenue
  • Complete accurate and detailed sales plans and update sales activities in and provide this information in a timely and consistent manner
  • Leverage support organization as needed to create value-based solution offering (value based pricing and scope)

Qualification, Knowledge, and Ideal skills:

  • An amazing attitude towards talking with new prospective clients and continually be meeting new people
  • Passion aligned with Xpanxion's business model to create more job growth in rural communities. 
  • A Proven record of business to business sales success 
  • Demonstrate a solid knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) services specifically within the development, mobile, cloud, BI, and QA solutions market
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently to meet or exceed goals


  • Previous experience in selling project based solution services
  • Some technical background, or a strong understanding of IT solutions
  • Proven success in account growth

Travel: Must be able to travel an average of 50-75% or as needed.
