Project Manager

Project Manager to coordinate with clients and internal teams on migrating production and on-
production workloads from multiple on-premise environments to consolidated cloud offering.
Experience working on large infrastructure migration projects and working with Customers in
that migration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Interface with clients to understand their migration workloads and current footprint
Document and provide required Migration experience for clients
Plan for migration schedule from multiple platforms to one consolidated platform
Coordinate required support and process from internal team for migrations
Review and provide required capacity in new clouds
Complete required end user client documentation and communication
Document and update internal processes for migration process
Manage existing cloud decommission
Have an understanding of Agile process and be able to submit requirements as Featuresand User Stories

Required Deliverable:

Document required capacity in required locations for migrations
Product schedule of migrations
Record number of migrations complete over regular cadence
Present regular updates on status of program

Skills and Experience:

Experience with tools like Service Now
Experience working with customers
Working with Excel and billing tools to help customers approximate costs
Experience working with a cloud environment like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure, or Openstack.
Experience generating SQL reports to pull customer data and usage
Customer excellence and operational experience
Strong Infrastructure background with prior experience working on large infrastructure migration type projects
